When Taylor first approached me about shooting her wedding this September I was thrilled! We quickly planned their engagement session so that they would be able to get their invites out ASAP. I had the perfect new location to try and Taylor and Eddie were amazing and just went with it! They totally let me experiment and weren't afraid to get a little wet (literally). I meet a lot of couples in this line or work and I truly love working with all of my clients, but these two really are something special! It's really incredible when you can see how in love two people are and oh. my. word. I could and then some with these two!
I loved that they wanted to see little previews of the photos I was taking throughout their shoot! They also totally rolled with all of my crazy antics as I bounced around from spot to spot yelling "ok, now nuzzle in!" This might be one of my new favorite locations and I'm really thankful I had such a sweet couple my first time using it. It was perfect for these two as they love to hike together, and they spent most of our session barefoot! Not to mention how great they were when we they had a little spill in the river! (I felt so bad!!) I'll always have such sweet memories when I'm there now! These two even asked to take a picture with me, which has never happened before! (My husband Max was there and happily volunteered) Speaking of Max, he so graciously sprinted from the top of a hill all the way to the parking lot to retrieve a new memory card for me! I'm pretty lucky!
I think the Lord was smiling on this sweet day as well, because the clouds rolled away and we had the most beautiful sunshine for the second half of our shoot! It looked magical! I'm so excited to start planning their special day! Alright, without further ado, here are the gorgeous engagement photos of Taylor and Eddie!
